Q: How can I order online?

STEP 1 : Select your items, click on the menus, browse through our collections, enter the required size and then click on a little yellow bag "Add to cart". Your shopping bag is in the top-right of your screen. You can then specify the number of items required.


STEP 2: Logging in
If you have not logged in yet, we will ask you to do so at the next step.

STEP 3: Personal details
Choose your delivery address among the addresses you have entered or choose a new one.

STEP 4:
Order summary and payment
Please make sure all the information in your order summary is correct before validating your order.

STEP 5: confirmation
Good news ! Your order has been received. A confirmation email will be automatically sent to you.




Q: Is it secure to pay online by credit /debit card?

A: In reality an online transaction is basically more secure than a using a card in a shop or transmitted over the phone, as the data transmitted online is highly encrypted.

The system we use is PayPal, details as follows;

First, please note the following important information: If any orders contain invalid contact details, i.e. incorrect email address, address or telephone number, or an order is made to an international address without having paid for shipping; we shall need to contact the customer to amend the order. If we cannot make contact, we will have to cancel the order. This is merely a precaution to protect against fraudulent orders, and to ensure we can give a proper service to genuine customers.

You can order on line 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our simple and secure on line credit and debit card payment service is provided by PayPal, a recognized and well established company.

We accept credit and debit cards via the direct internet payment system Paypal. This company provides secure transaction facilities and have comprehensive privacy policies. It is not always necessary to set up an account to pay via this system, though regular users of online stores and auctions may find the process easier once they have registered.

Payments can be made in US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling and Yen, with Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron and American Express. If a currency exchange is necessary, a charge is made which is shown at time of payment.

Q: How do I know my order has been placed?

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation by email.



Q: How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders are processed the day you place them, or at the latest, the day after. Please allow 7-10working days for shipping.

 

Q: How can I give you feedback?

Please give us any feedback you might have, in order to tell us about a product review both positive and negative you have to be log in, as it tells us what we are doing right and helps us fix anything that we are doing wrong or that could be improved. We want to listen to our customers and would be extremely grateful if you could help us in making your shopping experience even better.

 

Q: I need more information about a product.

We try our best to include as much information and relevant pictures as possible about each product. However if you have any further questions, just contact us and we'll do our best to help you.

 

Q: I did not receive confirmation of my order

Please double check the e-mail address you gave us by logging onto ‘My Account'. If you are unable to log on or if you have logged on but have not received the confirmation e-mail please, contact us and we will take care of the situation.
Please also check the Junk folder of your mailbox since the confirmation e-mail may have been classified as spam.
