The Buyer shall inspect goods immediately upon receipt. If the shipment is a significant mechanical damage, apparently caused by traffic, has the right not to implement it. If you feel you have received unsuitable or faulty goods, please get in touch with us within seven working days of their delivery. We require the return of such goods within 28 days - please make it clear if you would prefer us to refund your payment or replace the item(s). Personalized goods are the exception to this rule; unfortunately unless such goods are faulty we will not be able to offer refund or replacement as we are unable to re-sell them once personalized. If you wish to return goods you will incur the postage charge to do so, however we will dispatch replacement goods free of charge. If you deem the goods unsuitable then we ask that you return them in a condition that allows us to re-sell them. In the event that their packaging has suffered damage, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of re-packaging them from any refund. We aim to dispatch a replacement or process a refund within 2 weeks of receiving any return. Once an item has been worn or used, we are only able to offer you a repair or an exchange if there is an obvious fault with the item. We will consider repair or exchange within 6 months of purchase only, in circumstances where we are confident that damage has not been caused by wear and tear or misuse. In the event that we accept an item for repair or exchange and are unable to do either, we may at our discretion offer a refund. Items sustaining damage after 6 months or longer will not be considered for replacement, exchange or refund. If any goods are returned to us by postal services as a result of not being collected, we will notify customers of this eventuality by email and telephone as soon as possible. Items will be held for 14 days while we attempt to resolve the issue, however if you do not make contact within this time your order will be returned to stock. After this 14 day period no replacements or refunds will be issued. Customers are deemed responsible for providing correct delivery addresses; we will not be held liable for any lost or damaged packages when an incorrect address has been provided. In addition, we are unable to pursue queries that relate to undelivered packages or missing items when they relate to orders placed 90 days ago or longer - please raise any issues prior to this deadline and we will ensure we do our best to assist you.
